Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Monday said the state government is planning to take the HIV test is mandatory for couples before registration their marriage.

As compared to this Generation this is very mandatory because we know how this generation people are behaving and we don’t know what we are eating and drinking those are safe or not.
